The two guys were super friendly and helpful. Even helped assemble my bed frame for me! My trailer was parked way at the back of the apartment complex and they used their SUVs to transport all of my furniture to my unit and carried it all the way to the top floor. Really satisfied with the service :)

We had some weather issues (thanks Olga) and the 2 original guys had tire issues but they kept in contact the whole time and when they showed up they helped to get another appointment scheduled. The 2 guys that showed up For the 2nd date were on time and were very nice. But....I wish I had the time to ask for someone else to come. I knew it was going to be a problem when they told me that they pack the boxes into the pod first and then move furniture in. I did have a certain order of what boxes I wanted to be able to get to first and they kept asking about that. But They left a ton of space in between furniture by packing so many if the boxes first. As a result, I’m going to half to rent a truck and pull my car behind to finish packing my stuff. I hired a company to pack my pod because I thought they would be able to pack it better. I should have just called on some friends.
Update: Upon my review I did receive a call from Movers and helpers. They explained to me that the process above was what they found best in loading moving containers. He was very apologetic that I was not completely satisfied with the job and has tried on several occasions to see what would make me happy. I feel they are very sincere and willing to do what it takes to please the customer. I would recommend their services.

My two helpers were right on time. One of them even beat me there! They had all the necessary tools for helping to unload my Pod. They never stopped working, just kept on going in a timely manner. They took special care with all of my boxes and furniture. I enjoyed talking with them, they were very nice and respectful. I would definitely use them again.

I read good reviews about this company but knew nothing ahead of time about their services but hoped that the comments were true. I was contacted several times prior to the date of service to confirm the date and time. Then on the date of arrival, they called to confirm details like address and time. We had arrived in New Orleans a bit later than expected but they came within 30 minutes. The men were very professional, polite and respectful and they emptied our moving truck within 1.5 hours. The only negative was they forgot to bring a hand truck. Luckily a neighbor lent us their wagon. Overall, we were very pleased with the arrangements and I would hire them again.

What training do you provide your crew members?
