I had three young men show up without any moving equipment at all. They were very polite and worked very hard to move a lot of furniture. Unfortunately, they were not very careful with the furniture or the house. I have damaged furniture, banged up walls and a scratched hardwood floor. I also grew very tired of watching them pull up their pants and seeing their butt cracks.

Above and beyond! As a single parent moving a whole house is more than intimidating. I did the beat I could to get ready and they came thru and met me exactly where I was. Thanks again for a quick, thorough, damage-free move!

They were on time.I was told I was getting the 2 best people they had and a 3rd person. Boss was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. 2nd person with him was okay. 3rd was a go getter, but him and the 2nd person seemed to have little experience in moving. 2nd and 3rd person also seemed like they had not moved stuff into a storage unit. Aii the stuff I had in a 10x10 unit was packed in a wasted way as it took the whole 10x20 unit. I would have to give thought to whether I would use them again.

I was blown away at the quality of service from Logan Lift Express. They showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything they needed to get the job done.
We had a lot of items and heavy furniture, and I was worried we would not complete it within the two hour time window. But they got it all done with time to spare!
They packed our shipping container extremely efficiently, and made sure nothing was loose or jostling.
Each member of the team, Mike, Brian, Josh, and Chris, were so professional, kind, and hardworking. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work that hard before.
Everyone has a clear role, they delegate and help each other as needed to create a seamless workflow that gets you moved in or out on time. I just wish they could also be in CA where we are moving, as living up to the standard they set will be quite challenging.
