I needed to pay for an extra hour, so if you are unsure of how many hours to book, I would call them next time. This was my fault for underestimating the required time for the move (I did not call them for an estimate).

Chris and Mike did a wonderful job packing out container. They fit almost everything from our well furnished apartment into the 16ft container we rented and did it within the time we had contracte for.

I needed help loading a POD for a move. These guys packed a bunch of shelves loose in the container and didn't use any sort of packing materials. They left a bunch of loose items in the front so when I got my POD I had to almost pry bar the door open. While unpacking the POD it was comically terribly packed. Don't use these guys.

We had to move my mother and decided to store her furniture in a POD. We used Hire A Helper to help load the POD and the 2 men that helped us, Chris and Darius, were excellent. They arrived early, they were polite and efficient. I would definitely hire them again when we have to unload the POD.
