What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of the move we reach out to update with arrival time for the crew. Our crew will arrive promptly and have all the tools, dollies and other equipment needed for the move. We will always do a quick walkthrough with the customer before starting so we can be efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When preparing for your moving day there are a couple things to consider before the crews show up. When being charged by the hour you can help keep costs down by organizing the furniture, boxes, etc. in a way to take the least amount of time to take out of your home (in garage, on the lower level). The other important thing to think about is moving pads/ratchet straps. These are crucial to have to make sure your belongings are safely secured. This becomes even more important if it is a longer distance move.
