I requested their service to unload my stuff in Chicago. The entire time, the two movers acted like they were not getting paid for their work even though they charged me an extra hour. I did not like their attitude. They dropped some of my stuff on the floor without any care, so I decided to unload some items myself to avoid any damages.
The funny thing is that two movers loaded my stuff that day in the morning without any problems in Louisville even though they have to climb stairs. However, they did a great job, charged me less and everything was done within 2 hours.
I won't use that company ever again.

They were on time, professional, and fast! I needed movers after being ghosted by the last ones and they came in and saved the day! It took them 2 hours to move my large 1 bedroom up to the third floor. They had everything they needed to move quickly and handled my things with care. I would recommend them to anyone. They are worth the money.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
