I had a family member at the unloading location because I couldn't be there in town. They helped with all steps of the move from calling when they were 30 min out, to having a wonderful attitude and working sooo hard. I had 3 levels and they brought each item to the correct floor. They were kind and courteous. My sister was instructing them where to go and they listened with no qualms. I will suggest these people to anybody.

They are not the cheapest option but they are very professional. I was originally planning to use the company with the most competitive pricing. When I called them, their attitude can't be worse. After knowing my hardwood floor and some furniture are expensive, he freaked out and told me scratches and dents caused by moving is inevitable and I should get a more expensive company to do the job if i care about my stuff. I was shocked, I simply asked them to act with care and not dragging furniture indoor. I am glad that I chose MOVEMASTERS, they are kind and hard working, arrived on time. They are good at wrapping stuff and arranging space, and they act with great care about my floor, wall, door frame, stairs, furniture. I am amazed, they are awesome! Worth every dollar. Great experience!

Our hire helper team was amazing!! They were very punctual, came ready to work asap! Such a nice lady who directed the 2 young men to start to bring all boxes out as she started loading our POD. They were all very hard workers and very respectful!! In the two hours we hired them our POD was 3/4 way filled. We wish we had more completed for them to move. Highly recommend this team MOVEMASTERS!!!

On time. Nothing broken. Loaded and unloaded within reserved time. Did not follow requested loading plan, which made unloading items to proper location difficult. Towards end of unloading just started to sort of putting things anywhere and seemed eager to finish early. Much post move work left as needed to relocate many item in wrong rooms. Basketball net position changed then asked me to fix when wouldn’t fit in truck. Would probably try someone new next time.

Do not use them. As nice as they are, they are clueless as to how to pack and load properly. We had TONS of DAMAGE to our furniture. They are NOT insured so we didn’t get any compensation for over $5000 in losses. Terrible experience.

Great crew, did a fast job of helping load our items into our pod. Everything was stacked really neatly and efficiently. They also helped with wrapping up our furniture and art, and used the moving blankets and Saran roll I’d bought for the purpose. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal workers! They were on time and very communicative when they were on their way. They brought some of their own dollies which helped in the move. They were quick and efficient but still were careful with my belongings. Extremely sweet and friendly as well which made me feel comfortable letting them do their thing while I stayed out of their way. I 100% will be hiring them again and will recommend them to all of my friends.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
