I would definitely recommend MOVEMASTERS for your move. Our move involved loading our rented truck and we had a lot of small boxes and miscellaneous items along with the standard heavier furniture and we honestly didn’t think everything was going to fit on the truck. They handled the job with no problem, efficiently fitting everything in. They were on time, worked hard and were very respectful. I would definitely use them again.

The crew was very friendly and on time unfortunately…Two pieces of furniture were damaged. Our bed rail was dropped and cracked and my China cabinet endured some significant wood and finish damage. They did work hard as there were many stairs and it was a hot day. Just would have appreciated being told about the damage as it occurred and not leaving for us to find later.

Hiring MOVEMASTERS was a smart decision! The team showed up a few minutes before their scheduled time which alleviated my stress. When my pPOD arrived, the team had a great system of unloading and bringing into the house. They were professional, efficient, considerate and friendly. I will definitely hire this team again! They were on time and worked hard, however they did not wrap all of our furniture, despite having plenty of moving blankets available to them. They did not wrap any of our wood chairs, all of which became damaged (chipped wood, paint chipped off, scratches on seats of chairs). They also did not properly wrap a vanity which became ruined by scratches, nor did they wrap our refrigerator which became very dented. We would not use them again because of having multiple damaged items, even though they were provided more than enough materials to protect and secure our belongings.

At this point I am most unhappy with their service. There was one large box in my outbuilding that I requested that they not pack and simply move into my garage at the house. I was looking for it on Saturday and they didn’t do as asked and they packed it. This particular box contains heat sensitive item that are VERY expensive, which is why I didn't want it in the POD. I now I faced with finding people very quickly to unpack a couple of PODS to located the box and then repack them. I paid them almost $3500 for the privilege of being seriously inconvenienced and paying yet again for the service. Most unacceptable. I would appreciate a call with respect to this issue
I have a video showing the walk through that was done before first job was even started. During that walk through you did NOT point out that particular box or else we would have separated it from the items that were being loaded. We performed two services for you, worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done properly and to your satisfaction. You rated me with two stars because “one box was loaded that you did not let us know to put it aside ” I Sincerely feel that is unfair. When you contacted me about the me about missing box I spoke with my crew member and he told me exactly where to find the box. I texted you and let you know the EXACT container the box is on. So for you to say that you have to unpack a few containers is untrue. We carefully wrapped all of your items, loaded them and secured them into a total of 7 containers. Also for both jobs I provided two additional crew members free of charge. I will Quote what you stated to me upon completion of services we Provided “We Exceeded your Expectations, I did not think this would get done”.

We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
