Calvin and Kennith came and knocked out our truck unload. I had scheduled with just a couple days notice and they were able to get it done. They kept in constant communication and were even done early. Highly recommend.

First, they ask to come 4 hours after the scheduled time. We agreed because we didn’t have a choice. We were asked many questions about what moving supplies we had and needed, yet they didn’t bring anything but a dolly and then insisted they needed more supplies— THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BRING. Then, they didn’t even use the dolly to move our washer/dryer and damaged our stairs. We hired 2 people for 3 hours. The movers didn’t even finish loading our truck in the 3 hours, and they were supposed to both load and unload. They broke our dresser (this dresser had been move EIGHT times before and never ever had a scratch). The dresser only broke because they refused to move it how we asked them to. They refused to use the blankets we provided and instead insisted on wrapping every. single. thing. They were the SLOWEST movers I have ever encountered. They did not use space efficiently in our moving truck either so we couldn’t even finish loading ourselves! Since the job started 4 hours later than we had planned and the truck wasn’t finished, we were forced to get a hotel and hire more movers for the next day because we had no way to unload our truck and none of our things were accessible. They ratcheted some things in the truck so tightly that the loading bar in the moving truck was bowed out of place and damaged. One of the movers kept stopping to hit his vape. They were uncoordinated, unprofessional, and did a terrible job. We are out hundreds of dollars and had a nightmare of a loving experience because of them.

After booking with Key Movers my customers can expect a phone call within 24 hours of booking to confirm a time and place for their move. We will also go over your inventory items and discuss supplies needed to meet your satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When Hiring Key Movers we will be on time, move fast and efficient, and let our customers know exactly how the move will go.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure things are cleared out the walkway and make sure all items are packed up reasonably. Please let us know where to park and also plan for your pets.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled local, long distance, and office moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love to load the trucks up because its like a game of Tetris. Seeing the overall picture of how so many items can neatly stack into a truck amazes me. Also just being able to help and see the smile on my customers face motivates me even more.
