Damage to stairwell wall. They did not tell us so I don’t know if there was damage to the furniture item that hit the wall. We won’t know that until the pod is unloaded on the 11th of September in Oregon.

I used S&L Express to load 2 PODS and they did a great job. However, I had to order a 3rd POD and used them again the following day to load the 3rd POD. The Helpers on the 2nd day did not pack the POD like the crew did on the 1st day. I constantly had to ask them to wrap furniture to prevent scratching it. (I am worried about the damage that will be found when the PODS are delivered to the new home.) Most concerning was what I noticed after they left. They were deep grooves dug into the hardwood floors, gashes in the walls coming from the basement, as well as black skid marks left on the walls. I understand these things can happen, but they did not bring any of it to my attention. In the end, there were a couple of small items they forgot to load. When I brought it to their attention, they said they had already tied down the items at the end of the POD and loading the other small items would affect what they had already tied down. Unfortunately, I had to find a way to pack the items into my car along with the items I already planned to carry in the car.
I would have given a much higher rating based on the 1st day loaders, however, the guys on the 2nd day had an extreme negative effect on the rating. S&L should NEVER send 2 people who don't care about customers belongings to represent them in the future.

The best moving labor help hands down. On time (in fact 30 minutes early!)Efficient, polite, no damages, packed the truck with expert precision. Well prepared. Had a game plane coming in, discussed it with me and then busted their tails. Knocked out a four bedroom house in two hours and even helped us move some trash out from the basement. Best decision of my move so far was using this crew. Thanks!

The crew was on time and polite. They efficiently moved heavy items (e.g. pool table) without any marks or damage to the walls and hardwood floors & stairs. They finished offloading the pod just before the rain!!!

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
