Movers were great when they arrived but the team lead was not communicative and they were 3 hours late. I had to call hire a helper directly in order to get answers if they were actually going to show up and when.

The guys did a great job! They showed up on time in the middle of the afternoon heat; I had them for 2 hours and they finished up right at the 2 hour mark. It was a last minute arrangement and they worked their tails off and got the job done. They were respectful of the property and goods and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Had a wonderful experience with S&L. The two gentleman were efficient, professional, and very polite. They were able to move the entirety of my 1-bedroom apartment into the rental truck in less than an hour and a half. They were promptly on time and worked diligently the entire time even in the 95 degree heat. They were respectful to me as well as when handling my things. I would highly recommend them!

They were on time, I don’t think they were prepared for the job of heavy lifting, dropping an armoire- damaging it and the wood floor. Damaged our couch dragging it against the door. They were polite. No I would not use them again- 3 of the 4 guys were inexperienced- the leader really knew his stuff but the others lacked in strength. Belongings get damaged in a move - I get it, but the items dropped or damaged were not reviewed at job completion- compared to others I used in hire a helper I would not use these guys again.

The 2 guys got to my house to pack my pod they called to let me know when they would be there. They worked hard and filled the pod. They were incredible the way the went from room to room knowing exactly how to maneuver the furniture in. I can’t wait for them to unpack.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
