PODS makes it clear on its website that furniture and heavy objects are to be tied to the sides of the POD with rope. I bought THREE different types of rope for the crew to use and asked them SEVERAL TIMES to secure my furniture in the POD, but they REFUSED. One of the crew members asked in a condescending way if I was a moving professional. I had also bought a moving blanket for a large wicker chair and asked the crew to wrap the chair before bringing it downstairs to load. But when the chair was put in the POD, the moving blanket was still sitting on the chair seat. The crew was unhappy at my request to take the chair out of the POD and wrap it in the blanket, and then gave me a hard time about securing the blanket with stretch wrap, which I also provided. The crew was in SUCH A HURRY to finish the job -- it only took them an hour even though I had pre-paid for two hours -- that the POD was loaded in a VERY slapdash manner with a bicycle thrown sideways on the top. Disaster in the making! Sure enough, when the POD arrived at my destination, a heavy piece of furniture had fallen forward onto a box, smashing it completely. Nope, I'd never, ever, ever use them again.

The men worked very efficiently as a team (2 of them). Over the phone when booking, I was told a 16ft pod usually takes 3 hrs to load, but they didn’t go a minute over 2 hours and it was very tightly packed. Great work. We’ve also moved a lot and have never seen a company show greater care for our things.

These men worked very hard to be efficient with our load. We didn’t have many boxes or “easy shapes” to pack, but they made all the awkwardly shaped things fit really well. We have moved many times and they noticeably showed greater care for our belongings than any movers we’ve had.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
