I had to file a claim for damaged furniture. The corner of my dining table was shattered and paint scuffs from the wall on the side of my bedroom furniture. They were on time, but not prepared. They did not have the disassembly and assembly tools needed even though I had requested and called ahead and asked if they'd be provided. They needed direction and guidance on how to move and I did not feel my property and goods were taken care of. We were tight on time and took longer than expected considering I was moving within the same apartment complex. Not everything was able to be completed before the 2 hour time mark. I noticed damages after they had left. I had higher expectations based on all the other positive reviews and would not use again.

The to gentleman came in and worked very hard, they knew exactly what to do and how to load the truck, I am very please with the way they perform their job. I will recommend them to anyone for their services .

These two gentlemen were amazing! They were on time, introduced themselves in a professional yet friendly manner and were all about business. They asked me to review my expectations, then walked through the house discussing what they would move and what I could be doing to prepare for moving the lesser items (boxes I was still packing). When I didn't finish, they pitched in and helped never complaining. They were fast, strong, carrying several boxes (a lot of books) down the stairs at a time, handing everything as if it were their own. They never goofed off and worked hard the entire time. I also appreciated the reminder they gave me when I was fast approaching the end of my time (because they knew I wanted to stay within my limitations). I was amazed when they finished packing my POD. They used every bit of space making everything fit. Amazing...simply amazing. Yes, I will use them again and I have already told my sister to use them when we do her house next. Thank you for providing access to such outstanding young men.

Home renovation project is thisclose to starting. I have been working hard to prepare for contractors coming. Needed help getting heavy furniture and boxes out of the way. The guys were on time (texted me in advance), they worked hard and quickly. They were respectful to me and my property. I would use them again and recommend them to others. The movers were very efficient. They had significant knowledge of the best way to pack our POD to ensure that our items would arrive safely. Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
