Excellent service, excellent work, would definitely hire again. The company contacted me within a day of ordering, and again before arriving. Arrived on time and prepared for the job, knew just how to pack and load a truck, how to lift and carry furniture and boxes, and friendly on top of all the hard work. Very respectful of property.

It is not that they did a bad job packing but .. We asked them repetitively if they could get everything loaded in the pods. Never until it was to late to do anything about it. We needed another small pod. Terrible, stressful day.

I've used this company twice in the last 2 weeks and they have the best employees of any company I have ever used. They are prompt they start working as soon as you open the door they are also very nice and respectful. They never complain about the work these men are professionals. All I can say is I wish I had another job for them,and to the company I say you have some great employees so you will always be a great company great job to you to. They torn my leather sofa and love seat as they were taking them around the stairs because they didn't wrap them in the furniture cover that I bought

Moving across the country is stressful enough. The workers were two hours late. The problem was not only the manager that did not give us the heads up they would be late, but the worker on the phone gave me so much attitude. Very unprofessional. The building manager heard the workers on the phone and said that person was extremely rude and shouldn't come to the building. Finally two hours later a few movers showed up. The workers who eventually came were kind and did their job. I don't recommend this company.

The guys that showed up worked hard and definitely knew what they were doing in loading my U-Haul Truck. They were careful, friendly and professional. No items were damaged during the move. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
