Movers were very friendly, polite, personal with my family and I, and on time. They worked hard the entire time. An overall great group of 4 guys showed up. The one issue is I over estimated the amount of time I needed by over an hour, so I was out that money. I would suggest under estimating your required time with this mover as you do not get a refund for time not used. I used the estimator on the Hire a Helper website to determine what I needed.

I had an amazing experience with S & L! Throughout the move, Johnathan, Kaniefe and Tyler were efficient, courteous and pleasant to work with. From the beginning, Lashaun was responsive and professional in answering my questions and confirming I had blocked off the appropriate amount of helper time. On the move day, the crew arrived slightly before the estimated time arrival but they were so understanding that my Uhaul experience was taking longer than anticipated. I was very impressed with their assembly/disassembly skills and packing the Uhaul just right. The guys did not scratch anything at all and were so professional! This was my first time using S & L and I would use them again, no hesitation!

Showed up looked the job over and got right to work they didnt use any dollys or 2 wheel trucks just carried everything did a very good job and were very respectful and courtious

Arrived on time. Truly moving professionals. They helped with guiding the truck in the dock. Knew how to best move out of a high rise apartment and navigate the elevator by packing the elevator to save time. Very effectively packed the truck to the brim. Nothing broke and zero damage/marks to the building/apartment. Worked quickly. would defiantly use them again.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
