They had much difficulty with my sofa. They asked if the legs came off and they did, but they were unable to remove the screws. They said that they were not told to bring tools? Had trouble getting it through the door, could not get it in the elevator and then parked it in the outer hallway, saying that it would have to go last.
Since we were loading a pod, this was unacceptable, so I asked to speak to their supervisor. Supervisor was at a funeral. Movers finally powered it down the stairway, but the edges were scratched and the hall paint had a saucer size chip in the plaster/paint.
After this first piece experience, I used them to bring down the other pieces only and my nephew and I loaded the pod. I can only describe them as inexperienced.
I had this move organized so that all the boxes were staged in the garage. The pieces that your crew moved were a tabletop, 8 kitchen chairs, recliner, easy chair, cedar chest, queen mattress, box spring, 2- twin mattresses and box springs, two four foot dressers, a drop leaf table (10 inches wide), ottoman and the 7 ft. leather sofa. When I asked them to bring down the queen set first, they said they were doing room to room, so the twins were in the driveway. Packing a pod requires planning the pieces, not geography. They were on time and respectful, they tried hard but were not prepared nor experienced. I would not use your service again.

The guys who helped us with our move were polite, thoughtful, clean, professional and had smiles on their faces. They were right on time, they worked very hard and when we have our next move we will work with them. We just needed a couple of guys to move furniture within our house after refinishing our wood floors and the guys at S and L Express Moving were amazing.

S&L was great to work with. They were on time (same day schedule) and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They were prepared with tools needed to disassemble furniture and respectfully handled all of our items. I would definitely recommend S&L to someone else and have already hired them again for the unloading project we have in a week!

These guys were great! I have a one bedroom apartment in a walk up with plenty of furniture....They were on time, polite and got the job done within the allotted two hours...I truly would hire them again.. i did not get insurance even though I have some very nice pieces and they handled everything extremely well...they also came down to the basement to get my things down there...very professional. They dissassembled my bed as well....my movers names were Trent and Sherman...job well done...would definitely use again.

The movers arrived early and created a completely stress-free move. They were prepared with the address of the place we were moving to. They offered to assemble or re-arrange anything we wished. The movers were both very nice, accommodating and obvious hard-workers. We will absolutely use them again. My sister, who was present for the move, also said she will definitely hire these guys and will recommend them to friends.

The guys were great! worked really hard and took good care of the items. The container was packed by them really good - they filled every inch and nothing has moved/ got broken after the cross country move.
They packed an entire 8' container and small trailler in 2 hours!
I would use them again if I stayed in the area. But I highly recomend them!

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
