There was confusion about the change from loading only to load & unload, but overall I was very pleased with the service. The men were on time, worked fast, loaded the truck very well, and were pleasant to work with.

Hiring two people online to help pack and load two PODS with our home's contents felt like a roll of the dice. But from the minute they walked up to our front door and politely introduced themselves to the minute they finished and wished us good luck in our new home, we could not have been happier. They hit the wall in the living room while bringing in my couch. I had to repair the damaged wall and repaint the area.

I made my reservation the night before, received a confirmation email and phone call the next morning. Elijah (our helper) was great, awesome even. When I was tied up with disassembling some stuff, he took it upon himself to move whatever was left.

Great guys who were ready to get to work. They did work hard and seemed prepared for anything I had for them. They were very friendly and tried to be as careful as possible moving our items. The movers were on time and very respectful. They worked very hard and organized the pods the best way possible. The only thing I would say is that they need to be a bit more careful when moving furniture around on hard wood floors to avoid scratching the floors. Otherwise, yes we would use them again.

The service was great. I have used this company before and love their service and professionalism. They are always on time, very courteous and helpful. They know how to use every last cubic inch of the truck with efficiency. My recent move was not easy but they did everything with a smile and stayed the extra time needed to finish without any complaining.
The only reason that this time I am giving 3.5 stars is that the back seat of my car got ripped a few inches length while a TV was being placed there. I don't have any issue with minor wear and tear, bumps and bruises to stuff as that is natural part of moving. But since the seat fix is going to cost me, I am regrettably holding back 1.5 stars.
Having said that, I'll use S&L again in heartbeat.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
