S & L Express Moving Services did a great job wrapping and loading our furniture. They were a bit late, which wouldn't have been a big deal - but I had 10 other volunteers that were on-time ready to help load the truck. To keep moving and on-time, I had the volunteers start loading stuff. I would have much rather had S & L tell my guys what to do, let my guys be extra muscle - but it didn't work out that way. You could tell who packed what, the S & L packed furniture made the trip great and was wrapped/packed awesomely. Volunteer loaded stuff - not so awesome. I would use S & L again for sure.

This was the second time i used S&L Express. The first time they packed my stuff up and put it in a storage pod on the front lawn. A week later, after my wood floors were refinished, I hired them to put the furniture back. After arriving almost an hour late (I was their first job), they put things back and were in a hurry to leave, obviously having another job to go to that morning. They tried to leave once or twice before they had even finished moving the furniture back. They also charged me for two hours work, despite the fact that they didn't work two hours. Our first experience was good, but this experience wasn't up to the same level.

The movers were very ptofessional, they worked really hard to complete the job on time and they were careful with my fragile items and musical instruments. They were well-prepared for the job and I would definitely use their services again if I need movers in the future. Highly recommended!

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
