Realized after they were gone they used very little -- very little -- packing paper. In hindsight, I realize I saw them packing boxes without paper to wrap items. further, they did not tie down the contents in the container they put the stuff into. I had to do that. I am concerned that I will have damaged goods when I eventually get my things out of storage.

The two movers that came to the house did an excellent job - moved everything in the POD in an hour and packed everything in great so nothing would shift. They were very nice and respectful. They came on time and would use them again.

They showed up 1 1/2 hours late. They were apologetic though and worked fast. Things seemed to be going better even though we were behind schedule. Near the end, as my stuff was brought into my new place I noticed that some of my stuff was damaged (my best guess is that it was damaged being taken to the truck or to the apartment. When I noted the obvious dents, scratches and pieces that chipped off, their response was that they couldn't see how that happened and then became argumentative. They are a family run business so having the dad on the phone didn't get me anywhere either. I asked for a discount instead of them fixing it (since they were also late). He never said he would get it taken care of, he just said he would take it out of their (2 of his sons and their cousin) pay. Initially they were professional but by the end of the move, I was irritated, left with damage furniture and no resolution to fix it - just comments that they couldn't have seen how that happened and they were sure it was like that BEFORE they arrived. I will not use them again. Issues happen, I just ask that if/when they happen, it is handled professionally and it is taken care of. They refused blame and argued with me. Moving is stressful enough, I don't need the added arguments from a mover.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
