This was the 2nd time that I had used this company. The second time was not as great as the first, but still the workers were on time, prepared, worked fine, they seemed respectful of my stuff. This crew just worked slower and seemed not to know how to pack the storage unit as well as the first crew.
I would still use them again, considering.

I have moved over a dozen times and this is the first time I hired help, so I was VERY scared about this.
I was not disappointed.
Helpers showed up on time, very polite, I told them what I expected and asked for their opinion, as well.
They worked very hard and tried very hard to reach the goal of filling a storage container w/ the belongings I had. They were respectful to my property. They got the job done in the time allotted.

S & L showed up on time and worked tirelessly to bring my belongings down two flights of stairs. The three guys helped me fill a 26' truck (i.e., the largest truck, available without a CDL license) in under 3 hours. Engineer Darris packed the truck in a professional manner. No items broke during this operation and there was no damage to the building on the way out. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will be in good hands with S&L.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
