They were overall very good. My truck was loaded very professional nothing was broke when I unloaded my truck so that's a bonus. They worked very hard considering ll the heavy stuff I had. I was very pleased with the service I will recommend and use again.

They were very well prepared for the job.
They worked really hard the entire time ensuring that the job was done in the 2 hours we had paid for.
They were very respectful and very kind. Their supervisor called in the middle of the move to make sure everything was satisfactory. Not a single complaint. I would hire this company again w/out hesitation.

They were on time and they were very curtious. Could have utilized the moving blankets I rented a little more - one or two very small scratches. All in all I would definitely recommend them and already have.

U-haul messed up my reservation. I requested a 17' truck, I wound up with a 10' truck on the busiest moving day of the year.
My wife, daughter, and I have accumulated a lot of nice, large furniture which I was certain was either:
a.) not going to make the move
or
b.) be damaged as it all had to be put into the 10' truck
I was wrong! After a little bit of Tetris with the furniture Don and Ollie (Ali?) were able to fit everything in the truck without a single scratch.
I can not recommend these guys enough!
Also, I want to credit Lashaun with great communication and scheduling... he called me the night before to let me know that they MIGHT be late (which they weren't). That has never happened to me as a consumer, a company that actually lets me know that there may be a problem ahead of time. Top notch.

Our helpers showed up early, were very polite, careful and worked really hard. We were moving out of a third floor walk-up and needed some help carrying down the big pieces of furniture and loading them into a U-Haul. Since it was one of the busiest moving days of the season, most of the big moving companies were booked up. I booked help from S&L just a few days prior to our move after a last minute panic that we wouldn't be able to manage ourselves and was really glad I did. It took a lot of the stress out of having a deadline set by our building by which we had to be out or get a hefty fine. These two really pitched in and got done very quickly. I would definitely use them again if I needed help loading or unloading a truck.

These guys showed up in the time window we entered on the web. They came in and began to work right away. They definitely hussled to make the time we paid for worth the money. They wrapped all our furniture and fit it in the storage container we rented. They effectively used of the space we provided to get our stuff loaded. We plan to use them again to unload our furniture from the storage. Fantastic!!!!

Fantastic is all I can say about these guys! We hired movers twice. Once from one of the big name companies and then from S&L Express Moving. I wish we would have just hired them!! Excellent communication with the owner of the company. Daris and Antoine arrived right on time. They moved everything out in a timely matter and were very careful with the fragile items. I would highly recommend them! If we ever have to move (which I hope not for a long time), I would be calling these guys first!!

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
