They were so helpful! I hired them last minute (the night before) a busy move-in day and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them.
They called right away the night before to confirm and worked to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The day of they were on time and there exactly when I requested. They were prepared, hard-working, efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They made the moving day virtually stress-free!

I am thoroughly pleased with S & L Express Moving Services. Curtis and Aaron couldn't have been more wonderful. They were on time, courteous, strong, very careful, and very knowledgable about packing the truck in the most efficient way. They worked extremely hard and earned their pay! They arrived within the promised window, worked hard, were respectful of property and goods, were very polite, friendly, and seemed earnest. I was expecting a little more expertise in how best to load the truck, but that might be my fault for not investigating ahead of time.

The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9am and 10am, and arrive promptly at 9am. They came prepared and ready to assist. They loaded the truck with care and in an organized and efficient manner. The movers were professional, courteous, polite, and worked quite fast. They also worked well together and managed the move as a team.The entire move (e.g. from loading at old location to unloading at new location) took exactly 3 hours. My move was made quite simple thanks to Hire a Helper and S&L Moving services. I strongly recommend them. I will never move without professional assistance again!

The helpers were on time and very friendly. They called ahead. They were professional and efficient. They were aware of time and let me know when my time limit approached so that I would not be charged. I recommend them and will use them again.

They called to let me know they maybe late because of traffic and I figured they would be since I saw the morning traffic report. It was not a big deal to me as I was still packing. I appreciated they called to let me know. Once they arrived they went straight to work and took care of everything in a professional manner. I had two heavy dressers and they were able to get them both loaded with no issues. I also have a curio cabinet with lots of glass, they wrapped it in a blanket and took special care to move it. The entire time they were here they were polite and respectful. I could not have asked for a better two man team. Yes, I would use them again!

First let me say how stressful this move was becoming.
We had a last minute change of apartment and we scrambled to line everything up. I contacted S & L movers. Let me say they were incredible, they showed up right on time, they even called me the day before and the day of. We had moved from an open loft and we had heavy furniture on the second floor. They came in and never missed a step. They even visually packed the truck perfectly to close on the last of our stuff. I was amazed, I would highly highly recommend them. After our move I'm determined to only hire S&L from now on, what normally takes all day took only a few hours and the care and attention to our items was top notch.
Thank you guys for making a nightmare a lot easier.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
