The guys were great! We ran into some hiccups and had to start a little later than planned, and they were very understanding and accommodating. They were quick and efficient and made our move go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

They were on time, were courteous and polite. They did what was asked and helped me get unloaded in a timely fashion. They put my bed together and my TV stand. They were very careful and nothing was damaged. They were very respectful of my property. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to my friends. It's so much easier to use this service than have to wonder if your friends are gonna show up and not break anything. Great Job guys!

These men were on time. They did work hard. I was impressed at how careful these men were in attempting to not break anything nor scratch any walls, etc. Overall, I think they did a good job. I do however, have a few concerns. They did not bring any tools as a standard matter. They did find the tools necessary to remove a few screws and a vice grip (used as a pliers) in their vehicles. One of these men was very good at lifting, One was very good at figuring out the spatial necessities to get the larger pieces of furniture out of the basement and back door. However, it appeared the decisions were being made after the furniture was already halfway up the back stairs? I am especially concerned about my desk, which was already taken apart by me beforehand. When the larger part was balancing on the steps, it was apparent it would not fit. While balancing, some part was removed at the top of the satirs. I am concerned that when I move into my new home, the desk will be difficult to reassemble. When I observed the kitchen table (whose legs had to be removed) being packed in the POD, I saw something fall off of it. I am not sure what it was. I won't know what, if any, damage was done until I unpack the POD.

The helpers called and kept me in the loop from Day 1, and even wanted to arrive early! (A good thing, except I had reserved the cargo elevator for a specific amount of time and they simply wouldn't be able to begin until my scheduled time.)
Once we began they were both very quick and courteous and helped get the job done. They double and triple checked with me to make sure I didn't need anything else before they left.
Overall a great experience and will use these guys again if I ever move back to Chicago.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
