This was a wonderful solution to our move in this weekend. The two young men were punctual, careful with my furniture, constantly aware of my newly painted walls, courteous, articulate, friendly and professional. There were a lot of companies to choose from, my experience with this one was top notch.

The two guys who helped with our move were fantastic. They showed up right on time, busted their butts, were extremely careful with our furniture, and had no problem unloading the furniture at two different (albeit close) destinations in the suburbs. Would absolutely recommend S&L.

Two guys showed up right on time and were prepared. They worked quickly and hard and took care with the fragile goods. They were friendly and were able to get everything out of the truck quickly when I told them I needed to get it back sooner rather than later. Fast move-in, did a great job with a really tiny freight elevator. I'd definitely use them again.

S&L Express lessened an awful lot of the stress around our move by being professional, courteous, and most importantly, packing our goods in a safe, quick manner.
We had a lot of stuff to fit into a smaller-than-we-thought space and they executed this flawlessly. Everything was treated with the utmost care and we cannot recommend them enough.
We will definitely be using them in the future and advising our friends and family to do the same.

Guys showed up right on time and were prepared. They worked quickly and hard and took care with the fragile goods. They were really friendly (a necessary quality when you're dealing with a move with so many reservations and requirements it will no doubt fall apart at every juncture -- and it did) and helped me deal with a lot of details of moving I wasn't great with (what needed to be wrapped, navigating my truck around an incredibly narrow alleyway).

S&L was great, they showed up on time and worked extremely efficient. The guys were friendly and treated my furniture as if it were their own. I would highly recommend these guys - not sure why anyone would leave a bad review. Additionally I originally book them for a 5-6pm arrival, I called to see if they could come earlier and they moved me up to a 10am arrival on the busiest moving day of the year! (August 31) - again, highly recommended hard working individuals. Very professional.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
