Kenneth and Trent were fantastic help unloading our moving POD! They arrived right on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes out so I was sure to be prepared for their arrival. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently, and managed to unload the (tightly packed) 16” POD in <1.5 hours. They were gentle with our items and navigated them carefully up our stairs, which have a turn halfway. One item was damaged in transit (not their fault) and they let me know as soon as they found it, which I appreciated. They were friendly, efficient, and professional, and I would highly recommend their services.

I live out of state and scheduled S & L to load a POD at my mother's home in Illinois. She was very worried about how it would go. She called me immediately after they left her house - completely impressed by how professional they were and how quickly and expertly packed the POD. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend.

The unloading went great. They were on time and efficient. They worked with us to understand where everything had to go in the house. Would definitely use them again.

One of the guys gave me and my family an attitude the whole time. He looked like he did not want to be there and was very unprofessional. He was the team lead at that time. There were only two of them at that time. Would not hire again or recommend to anyone. Find someone else.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
