They were very friendly snd considerate. Worked hard. Dropped a couple small boxes and got a little dirt on carpet. Nothing damaged. Would recommend.

They did a good job by unloading the stuff from the truck, they were on time and very courteous and respectful. The only thing that I didn't like was that we wanted our treadmill in our master bedroom but they said they are not responsible for the damage if something will happen to the walls or treadmill if they take it upstairs, so we were kind of dissapointed. It seemed they were trying to avoid the job because the treadmill was a little heavy item but they were 3 of them who could've done it if they tried it. Otherwise, the job was good.

They are very communicative - they confirmed the job as soon as they received it via text. They called the day of the job to confirm their arrival time within the 2 hour start window.
They completed a move of a 1 bedroom apartment from an elevated 1st floor in less than an hour. This ensured we were on the road as soon as possible which allowed us to keep to our agenda. They ensured everything was moved prior to departure.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
