First of all, they arrived late. The schedule time window was 11-12. But they showed up after 12:50 pm. The company didn't notified me of their lateness in advance and I had to call the company's phone number to find out.
The minimum level of service they charge is two persons for two hours. I didn't have many items and there are only three relatively heavy items that need to be handled by two persons together. When the two helpers arrived, I gave them clear and simple instructions on how I wanted my items to be handled and they agreed. However, they following my way for only the first few items and switched to their own way. By the time I found out, it was too late for me to intervene. At the end, they finished the job in less than an hour. They did it hastily without honoring my request, which really upset me.
Overall, it was an very unpleasant experience.

They came on time but couldn't lift a 270 lb safe down a flight of stairs which was the whole reason we hired them. Dropped it and one of the guys hurt his wrist so they were unable to finish. Maybe there an hour. Definitely not worth the $$ we paid! Definitely not HELPFUL.

Roy and Todd called before they came. They were on time. Very courteous and careful with the furniture. Todd kept on showing us the POD as they were filling it up. I thought for certain there was not going to be enough room for everything. But due to their excellent packing skills, they fit everything in!!! I would highly recommend S&L Express Moving Services. Ask for Roy and Todd.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
