I asked them I have one ikea twin day bed if they can assemble and confirm by mover that they can do after opening the box the time was up and they salud I have to reorder for assembling this bed for two hours and I did reorder and next day they took four hours to assemble the bed and I paid assembly the bed more then cost the bed and they did horrible job with bed because the put wrong screws to slide the boxes and left. It’s was very bad experience and too much cost for me. They were unclear and unprofessional and bad attitude when I complained.

They arrived three minutes after their arrival window ended despite me repeatedly asking that they arrive at the beginning. They were polite. They scuffed several of my items. The turns were tight but not difficult so I wish they’d used more pads and been a bit more careful. They did work hard. They didn’t bring one of the dollies I purchased so they had to use the properties equipment but that became a problem. The guys who did the work were nice but I wasn’t impressed with the company’s communication leading up to the move. Overall I didn’t feel very reassured.

They were polite, and checked in with questions. However, they seemed a little inexperienced. They assured us everything would fit on the truck but it did not. We will have to move several carloads ourselves. I would use again but rent a bigger truck!

I booked two workers for two hours and they showed up with four guys who knocked it out in ONE! The job was unloading a 16 foot container and a fully-loaded 2 car garage. They were strong, fast, and friendly!

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
