They arrived three minutes after their arrival window ended despite me repeatedly asking that they arrive at the beginning. They were polite. They scuffed several of my items. The turns were tight but not difficult so I wish they’d used more pads and been a bit more careful. They did work hard. They didn’t bring one of the dollies I purchased so they had to use the properties equipment but that became a problem. The guys who did the work were nice but I wasn’t impressed with the company’s communication leading up to the move. Overall I didn’t feel very reassured.

They were polite, and checked in with questions. However, they seemed a little inexperienced. They assured us everything would fit on the truck but it did not. We will have to move several carloads ourselves. I would use again but rent a bigger truck!

I booked two workers for two hours and they showed up with four guys who knocked it out in ONE! The job was unloading a 16 foot container and a fully-loaded 2 car garage. They were strong, fast, and friendly!

This is the second time I used hire a helper and could not be more pleased. They called me with their arrival time and actually showed up about 10 minutes early. After quick walk through they started working and never stopped. I had to ask them if they needed a break and they said no. They were very respectful of our belongings and our new house. Thanks for the great service.

They were on time, courteous and worked very hard. Constantly asking if they were doing ok, always want to make sure I was happy. There was a desk, 2 bookcases and a buffet that was not on the original work order that they moved to the downstairs office with no problem. I would definitely use them again!

they weren’t on time but due to the previous job going over. not their fault. they were thorough and efficient. we were driving to KC from chicago. and they packed the truck nicely so things were secure. very friendly and did a great job

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
