Originally scheduled them for 1-2pm arrival. Got a call the day before saying they would be here early around noon. Ended up showing up at 4:30pm. I had to call after 1pm to find out what was going on only to find out they were still on another job and would not even be showing up to my house until at least 2:30. Then the guys has to have their lunch break which i was ok with, but at least call me to tell me you were over booked and not going to show up for 3 more hours. Then Within the first 30 mins of the move a foot off a bedroom dresser. The reason i chose this company is that they were supposed to use dollies and hand carts etc. They did not. Just the guys going up and down the stairs. They were very quick, did the job in little over an hour or so. POD was packed well they fit it good like a nice game of tetris. Just annoyed that i wasted the entire day waiting for them with my kid freaking out stuck at home, and we had to cancel her plans to say good bye to friends since were moving out of country.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
