These guys were the best! They packed up my PODs perfectly and made sure all of my items were cared for. They packed my 4 bedroom home in 2 hours.

I want to start the my first experience with S and L was perfect. I didn’t hesitate to call again. However this experience has left me feeling violated, depressed and discriminated against. It seems as soon as the movers recognize we were a same sex marriage it all went downhill. Almost EVERY piece of furniture has damage. Some BAD damage. After DESTROYING my building hall way, breaking the glass top to my dresser and complaining from the first second, the mover told me he refused to move the couch out or into the new apartment. Him and his partner were either fighting or not doing anything. Me and my husband started moving **** out just so they would see us and start to work. After the hallway got destroyed from the couch the rest of the day was just awful and a black cloud fell over their. They did finish the job without charging us for the extra hour that would have been unnecessary if they were professional movers. I don’t see myself using S and L again. It’s been three days and I’m still unsettled and feel like I invited people into my home that destroyed my personal property and mentally broke me down.

The two workers arrived promptly and began working immediately.
to load a 16 foot moving POD. Very hard workers, very personable; they finished the job early. This is the second time I have used S&L and they do not disappoint. Always responsive to emails and phone calls and very flexible when you need to change the schedule. I plan to use them again in about a week to load another POD for me. I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with my two "helpers". They were on-time, through, organised and so efficient. They packed my pod perfectly - and quickly! Most of my items were fragile and they were careful when moving and packing the items. They also were very careful to not damage any walls. I was extremely impressed all around.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
