We actually had 2 different S&L 4 man moving crews a week apart to unload 2 containers of stored furniture and household goods.
Originally, the 2 containers were to arrive on successive days, but a last minute, day before scheduling issue with the delivery service resulted in the first arriving in afternoon instead of morning, and the 2nd with the week separation. S&L responded to the change courteously and without consequence to us.
Both crews arrived as scheduled with " We will be there in..." phone calls prior. They were courteous, professional and considerate of our goods and property, and finished well ahead of the booked hours.
We recommend S&L's services and would not hesitate to use them again.

The two gentlemen who came to move our 200+ boxes were great (Lashaun Lashley). They were punctual, polite and very hard workers. I'm very grateful to have help like them.

HIRE THESE MEN. we showed up with a 26’ truck full that had to go up to the 4th floor with a wooden spiral staircase and no elevator. i had to beg them to take breaks but they pushed through. you will not find harder workers with better professionalism. i can’t believe the torture we put them through and they kept a great attitude. also give them a bigger tip than you think they deserve.

They were running late but checked in with me to keep me updated; their arrival time did not affect our unload. Very fast unload, could not believe how much they moved. There was NO COMPLAINING about a very heavy sofa that had to go up 2 flights of stairs. They worked very hard to get the second unload finished just before the end of the contracted time.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

We handle any local moving needs commercial or residential
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
