They were great and respectful. They even smelled good???????. Due to the small space they were forced to improvise while moving a couch out by taking off a door. They moved everything without damage to my items or apartment and/or building.

The movers were very professional. They communicated well, letting me know when they would arrive.. They were careful and knew how to pack the truck so my furniture arrived safely. They were courteous and I would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time, but did not bring the equipment needed. Had to leave to get the needed items, then return to begin job. The first item they carried out of the house was dropped & damaged on the cement. Not even an apology from the crew. All they said was "call the office to get it covered", which ended up being a complete run around & waste of time. Their advertised "careful wrapping" means 1-2 layers of cheap plastic wrap which does nothing other than keep dust off the furniture. No moving dollies, no carrying straps, no pads...these are not professional movers. I've already hired a real moving company for the unload. I will never hire S&L again nor recommend them.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
