They were late, which we were ok with. But they must have slid some plastic boxes with heavy books in them. Our hardwood floors got scratched up from door to where the boxes were left.

Our 2 man crew, led by Kanith, were on-time and extremely professional. They walked in and immediately took inventory, then moved quickly to load our belongings thoughtfully into the truck. They clearly knew what they were doing and didn't stop until the job was done. They also respectfully wore their masks the entire time. I highly recommend this service AND my crew.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
