Very happy with this move. Movers were on-time, professional, very efficient, and did not damage furniture. I would be happy to use S & L Express Moving Services for future moves.

Overall they did an okay job. 1 of the 2 guys was stronger and more experienced than the other. 2 of them fought a couple times verbally which made things awkward. They also dropped my favorite dining table on the concrete ground outside and ruined it.

Our helpers worked consistently and efficiently for a straight 2.5 hours and expertly packed our PODS container with all of our household goods. Definitely the way to go! Thank you!

Stretched out the day to needing more time. Had to leave for another job and return. The problem is, they charged me as a whole new service visit, rather than for just the per hour additional charge. Furthermore, they poorly packed a prized dining room table, of sentimental value, and the legs collapsed, causing significant damage. Hire a Helper suggested I contact S&L to see if they would compensate me, and they simply referred me back to Hire a Helper. Not an apology. Not an excuse. Not an offer to fix. Nothing. S& L are clearly responsible for the damage due to poor packing ability. I would never use them again, or recommend. Take responsibility for your failures or business should suffer.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
