Scheduling was great; I changed the movers a few times due to the crate date/time being changed. They arrived within the 1-hr window and worked hard. They maximized the space in the crate and were as cheerful as they could be carrying very heavy boxes, treadmill, etc. I would recommend S & L Express Moving services again!

I reserved 2 movers to come with a hand truck, furniture dolly, and tool kit, and I got 3 movers with none of those three items. So, I was a bit confused from the beginning, and the moving team had no explanation for why the discrepancy happened.
The team worked well enough and seemed to wrap some of our furniture and pack things into our PODs container effectively, but they took quite a long time and it didn't seem like they were doing much more than they would have without the third person.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
