Slightly late but made up for it with VERY hard work and were prepared for the job.
Hot and extremely humid day but just kept moving the time.
Seemed like they treated my property like it was their own.

Fantastic team of gentlemen. Very organized and careful with our items. The move in was seamless. Their earlier morning job put them behind a little but they had great open communication with us to alert of their revised arrival time. Would definitely recommend and hire this company once again.

Aaron & Xavier were our movers last week. They were five minutes late getting here past the 8-9 a.m. window we were given, but that was no big deal. First the not so good stuff. 1. Neither of them were wearing masks when they got here. 2. Aaron retrieved his upon our request, but Xavier did not even have one. We had to provide one for him. 3. While I know it can be hard to breathe wearing a mask when working hard, in these Covid-19 times, I think it is imperative these crews are instructed to wear masks at all times during their times in people's homes. Neither Aaron nor Xavier wore the masks at all times they were here. Not good. The good news is Aaron was amazing! He worked his butt off, and packed the 16 ft. Pod like a true pro. As long as nothing is damaged from how he packed them in the Pod when the goods arrive at our new home in NC, then we will have been satisfied with the job that we hired this outfit to do. Aaron deserves recognition for his super hard work and great job on our behalf.

They arrived within the designated time. They worked for the full 2 hours, and it was pretty hot out, so I definitely commend them. They a good job packing everything in the POD. Everything was secure and locked in place.
They had a little issue with my couch... getting it out the door, and they forgot to pack my office chair. Other than those little things, everything was great.

Our movers were AWESOME! They did such a great job. They moved everything in an hour, then put together my dining room table, all our beds, and my son's crib in the next hour. They were very nice and very professional. Will recommend to anyone moving.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
