Both had a poor attitude at the beginning complaining about the way the previous movers loaded container. After a half hour or so, I said to each of them at the same time that this is a very special day for me and my family, one guys attitude changed to positive almost instantly. I appreciated it.
Probably would try a new crew or different company next time.

Marcus and Xavier were great movers. They came ready to handle emptying our storage unit and managed the two flights of stairs to our new place expertly. Everything was handled with care, including several boxes with fragile items kept safely away from the heavier loads. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was fine until one of the workers stole my wallet. When my pods were opened at my new location, some of my furniture was unwrapped at tossed in the pod. The damage was reported to hire helper but no response.

I was advised that they would arrive between 9-10, but they didn't show until 11:30. Fortunately, I was in contact with the 1-800 number and was provided arrival status. The men on site were professional and did an outstanding job. They worked very quickly. It was easy peasy for me. I would hire this firm again.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
