Chris and Nico did a great job moving my furniture into a pod for storage, furniture was well wrapped and I bought furniture blankets which were used to protect items. They loaded the pod very efficiently so items would not move around and I highly recommend them for your move.

They missed their expected time frame for arrival, but I reserved my whole day's schedule for packing. This is bound to happen as they finish up jobs that take an unexpected amount of time, so I am understanding of things like that! My two helpers were very careful of my "stuff" and did a very efficient job with the container packing. I didn't know what to expect and I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

Helpers arrived exactly on time and were very nice and efficient! They loaded a 16’ POD in less than 2 hours - floor to ceiling and front to back. Zero damage to the home! Would definitely hire this team again (and probably will when the next pod gets delivered)!

VERY nice guys. Can't complain about that, but showed up 90 minutes late. They worked hard but, didn't move all the things I asked them to move so I spent time after they left moving things. They broke a piece of furniture and didn't mention it. I found it after they were gone. They scratched some furniture while moving and also marred some walls pretty badly that I had to spend time patching and repainting. And after all of this, they asked for a tip. The weird thing is I used the same company a couple of days before this and the guys were exceptional, so all in all, it really depends on who they send.

Trent and Dre were a lifesaver. Professional, prompt, and FAST. Ask questions and offered suggestions when needed but worked without needing continued redirection. They knew what they were doing and blew my expectations away. I will be requesting them again when since I will be needing them soon. Ordering process was quick and efficient given I practically hired them last minute given the time constraints of using PODS delivery services. But it all worked out well.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
