What can a customer expect after booking with you?
From the initial contact we will provide you with exceptional customer service. Our professional Move Coordinators start with making sure that they spend time gather all necessary information to provide you with an accurate quote. We have the necessary technology to communicate with you up until the time the movers arrive on move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our movers show up in a professional 26' moving truck along with all of the necessary top of the line moving equipment to make sure that your move goes without a hitch! Our trucks are fully stocked with 60-70 high grade professional moving pads, moving dollies, straps, door jamb protection and floor protection.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
One Day Before the Move Unplug and defrost the refrigerators and freezers. Clean them with a disinfectant and air them out. Put a box of baking soda or charcoal in them to keep them fresh. Freezers may be transported fully with some movers. Disconnect and label TVs, computers, and stereo equipment cables. This will make reconnecting much easier and faster. Label items that are not to be moved. If you live in an apartment, park your car at the truckload position to save a good spot for the moving van.
