DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…. The two men were supposed to arrive between 1-2…showed up at 245 and smelled of weed. We’re supposed to remove everything from one container then repack the same way in the second. They walked stuff from 1 to the other… left out a couch, mountain bike, and coffee table…locked the container and left. We’re hired for 3 hours and they locked the container at 1:45 min and refused to repack it right. Hire A Helper has been not helpful at all in helping me reclaim my money. They in fact charged me full price and have refused to help. DO NOT USE HIRE A HELPER

The move consisted of mostly boxes and less furniture and the Lead man was complaining about things may not be able to fit in the earlier part of the job.???. This was a 16 ft. Truck to accomodate 1 Bedroom and included Washer & Dryer. Instead of placing ALL heavy items first they placed boxes of varied sizes in earlier. I had to ask them were they not moving the Washer and Dryer? This was placed in the truck at the end. They ran into overtime deliberately. No way this job should have exceeded 2 hrs. Finally closing off the truck without 2 Patio Chairs which was brought to the Lead man's attention at the onset of the initial Walk-through when they arrived. I had to insist the chairs must go. The Lead started arguing about they could not fit which was ridiculous because had they packed using a strategy to ensure all items were in tightly there wouldn't be a conversation. I had to show them how 2 Chairs they were about to leave behind was possible to ship in that truck. He was getting ruffled about damages etc when there was ample room in the truck had they packed competently. The 2 Chairs he was 100 percent certain would not make it made it without budging from its place. Thanks to my intervention! Highly recommend only Persons with less talk, more patience and efficiency results in competence. These Guys I would not recommend!

I booked the same day, which was incredible as many other providers were not available. The two gentlemen were incredibly efficient, hard working and conscientious, even as they were moving furniture and heavy boxes up two flights of stairs.

Topnotch! Punctual. Knew the job. Very efficient. Friendly. Took care with each piece of furniture prepping, loading, unloading and placement. The contract specifies what equipment/materials they will bring. Nothing shifted in the travel. Excellent!

Nice at the start of arriving, even though I was overcome from the smell of weed in their car, some of my items were stolen, we have cambrias everywhere, I even gave him my washer machine, new, one year old, and paid them $100 cash for a extra hour, Karma is real..never again. They got me good..

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
