Pleasant movers of Boston were actually extremely pleasant! They were extra nice, they did an excellent job, took good care of our stuff and were very efficient! I would recommend them 100./.! They were on time, prepared for the job and had a great attitude I would definitely use them again!

The crew had good communication, was on time, and did the job in a timely manner. Our only complaint is that though all our boxes were clearly marked with the room they should be moved to, they were often not put in the right place.

I scheduled a moving job for Saturday, March 2, 2013@ 10:00AM What a disaster!
I could not contact anyone from the assigned company in Boston until 2 Days before the scheduled job. When I did receive a call from them I was told the time of the job was Changed from 10:00AM to between 12 & 1:00 PM. It gets worse. As 1:00 approached I became concerned and contacted the number I was given. I was told that the morning job was running longer than expected because upon arrival they realized the job was a 3 story home and not a 2 story home as was originally stated. Result - I was told they would be 1-2 hours later than scheduled for my appointment Hello - you couldn't have the decency of a phone call to advise me of the delay? I had to call you! This is a hell of a way to run a bussiness. I had a 4 hour trip to NY, with workers waiting there for us to arrive. Obviously, you and you assigned workers could care less. Your company an extremely poor rating based on your unprofessional demeanor, blatant disregard for your customers and lack
of interest whatsoever in assisting after your screwup! I hope potential future customers read this review and move on to the next company for more professional response.Your company is a total waste. Have a great day and thanks for making my move a real disaster!
12:00 pm.-1:00 pm. to start which you agreed to. On the day of your move, you were called and left a message before noon about the delay. We do not operated in an unprofessional manner as you can see in our reviews. Again we do apologize, but you were notified of the delay and you choose to cancel. Hope all is well.

Pleasant Moving is exactly what the name indicates. We hired them two people for two hours. They showed up right on time, with a truck, and all the moving supplies. We realized that morning that some items had to go to a different location due to space limitations. They were very accomodating and had no issues making a second stop. During the move, they took very good care of our items, making sure nothing was damaged or lost. This was by far the least stressful move I have ever experienced. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with care. Even with the extra stop we finished in two and a half hours. Professionalism and excellence! Five stars!!! Thank you Andrew and Pleasant Movers!

Pack as much in advanced as you can Pack room by room Label boxes for each room Keep fragile Items seperated Pack personal belongings seperate to bring with you in your vehicle Pack a cooler for fridge and freezer items Throw out as many items as you can that is not of use Keep a list of things that need to get done Remember address change and schedule utilies for your new place Have arrangements for kids or any pets Make sure your phone is fully charged and have your chargers close Have cash for gratuity

We have a wide variety of moving services. We are residential movers, office movers, & commercial movers. We offer: In-state moving, piano moving, pods, storages, junk removal, basement clean-outs, furniture delivery, loading and unloading, Packing and unpacking, disassembly and reassembly, pick-up and delivery, hoisting, and any duties related to moving. We also move small motor Vehicles and motorcycle moving as well. We are a team of experienced professional movers.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced professional movers with years of knowledge on relocation and transportion. We train some of our movers who do not have as much experience how to properly wrap furniture, how to properly disassemble and reassembled, how to pack a truck ,container or pod properly and well as unloading in the correct manner. We also are big on property protection as far as walls and floors. We focus on your property during your move to maintain a perfect relocation.
