The movers were 3 hours late; it was not communicated with me until I reached out regarding them not being there. The female owner gave me excuse after excuse as to why they were not there. They were not prepared for the job; the company ad stated that they would be uniformed, they were instead in dirty/ragged gym style clothing. They also had an odor that stayed into the office hours after the move. The job should have been completed in 3 hours, however they only did 1/3 of the job and then left due to not "having time" to complete the rest. Multiple items were broken or scratched during the move. When I told the female owner, she reported "if you don't like the work they are doing, simply cancel the order" showing no compassion nor did she redirect her employees. I would not utilize them again, not because of the work that the two movers did, but because of the lack of respect, compassion and professionalism that the owner possessed.

We had a challenging move moving from a two story bedroom apartment with one small front door and down more steps. The two movers showed up and did a fantastic job in the extreme heat! Not only were they courteous but were always willing to go the extra mile. We had a large three piece armoire in the living room. It was old and the middle section weighed over 400lbs. They figured out a way to dismantle it when we all gave up. I would highly recommend them!!
