I was just okay with the service. I was told when I signed up for the service that these movers were experienced piano movers. These guys wouldn't have been able to move the piano without my help of driving a bobcat and moving it for them once they moved it out the front door. I was also told when I signed up I was told that the movers would be able to load the piano in 25 minutes and that the movers could help moving other items with the remainder of there time. This was definitely not the case as it took them almost the whole time just with the piano. I was given false expectations completely!! Time will tell if I have damage to my piano. It will be months before I'll know as my piano will be stored before I get to see!!

Workers were professional and hard working. They were especially careful not only with furniture and boxes, but knowing we were moving into a brand new house....they took special care with walls and floors. I would use them again.

I live in an 1200 sq ft home (2 BR 1 BA). Our couch, all appliances stayed with the home. It took 4 movers from A Touch Above 5 hours with a significant amount of my help to load my pods. I had hired them for 4 hours. I felt this was unreasonably slow and that they were "milking the clock." They came well prepared for the job, but were slightly late to the job. I felt 2 of the 4 did not exert full effort, the other two were hard workers. They were respectful of my property. I would not hire them again, because I feel four adult men should be able to load a couple of pods in 4 hours. Compared with other moving services I have hired in the past these guys were a lot slower. I have had a total of 10 moves in my life, so this is not new for me.
