We are a locally-owned and family operated Moving Service. We can handle every aspect of your move from the packing, furniture wrapping, loading and unloading!!! We have great rates, professional movers and packers, and a can-do attitude. We have been in business since 2014. Rates start as low as $100/hr. for 2 Total Professional Movers. Flat Rates available for larger moves. We employ locals so helping our business helps people in the area. We can help with local moves, intrastate, and interstate. Our crew sizes vary depending on the scope of the work but generally we can have 2 - 4 movers per crew. We are licensed mover with the State of Florida - Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (IM# 3948) and with the USDOT (2708757). We are insured and can provide proof of insurance.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will follow up ASAP, usually within 24 hours, to confirm the booking, obtain details, special instructions, etc. We want to know the scope of the job so we can better prepare for it and, of course, have the customer as prepared as well.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Excellent communication, prompt arrival, and responsible communication if a delay arises. We will bring all of the necessary equipment to complete the specified move. We bring floor coverings, door jamb protectors, and for elevator jobs we have large carts to lessen the number of trips. Large or small job we pledge to our customers to work efficiently and carefully.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We usually have a phone consultation with the customer. We will provide clear expectations that helps us to help them. We ask them to be as "move ready" as possible. We understand "things happen" but we are in a better position to roll with changes if the customer and us are on the same page.

What types of moves have you handled?

We've been in business for 11 years and have performed over 3,500 moves. We have handled moving services that took us 15 - 30 minutes or less. We have performed interstate moves, local moves, and everything in between. We have, on occasion, been hired to perform commercial moves. We have moved large items like pianos, spas, safes, appliances, pool tables and gym equipment.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

That every job is unique even if we do some of the same things on every job. Every job has a plan tailored to complete the job. We love having the satisfaction of knowing we will finish what we start and we keep our customers involved every step of the way.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We usually prefer to hire personnel with moving experience. Occasionally, if we like an applicant's labor background, we will give them a shot and allow them to learn from seasoned moving professionals. As an owner-operator, I am present on nearly 100% of our jobs. I am there to assure all goes right. I make sure the crew are using the right equipment, right technique, and demonstrating the type of professional behavior and extraordinary care that we expect of our crew.
