What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, we will arrive at the scheduled time. We will introduce ourselves and do a quick walk-through to confirm the items being moved. Afterwards we will begin working making sure we carefully load & unload items on and ensuring they are secure and protected. After our service, we will do a final walk-through to ensure all items have been serviced to customer satisfaction. After, we will settle payment and get out of your hair to enjoy the remainder of your day!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to prepare for moving day, we advise customers do these steps: -Go through your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Reducing the number of items to move can save time and money. -Packing strategically (if we are not packing) along with labeling items/boxes. -Any appliances moving should be disconnected and/or drained 2-3 days in advance to ensure of no damage. -Lastly, ensure have the agreed-upon payment method ready for us.
