Two young men arrived on time. They didn’t know how to pack efficiently. They did not pack around my bedroom furniture leaving a lot of empty space and my furniture exposed to damage.
I had moved twice with the same amount of belongings and both times a 15’ truck worked fantastic. These two men didn’t have the knowledge of loading a truck properly. My son spent until midnight in the parking lot repacking half of the truck. Disastrous!
The next day I reached out to the owner, John.
I was in shock when he raised his voice to me and the kind gentleman from hire a helper. He refused to give ANY discount. He was mean, and very much a narcissist. Even hire a helper felt bad and gave me $75 back. With such poor behavior I would never hire these people again. NEVER!! Please find someone else. John’s employees need more training and I’m doubtful he will ever provide that for them. His behavior is not one of a professional or respectable business and business owner. With all sincerity please use someone else. I have several pictures of his disastrous mess. I also commend hire a helper for attempting to solve the problem and putting up with the poor behavior of John. Honest and true. Protect yourself and choose someone better.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you within 2 hours of booking to confirm details of your move. We will also reconfirm the day of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with confirmation of arrival time the day of your move. Once we arrive our guys will do a quick inspection of job and get busy wrapping and disassembling as needed. We will work efficiently to get your move done as quick as possible with careful attention to your items ensuring every piece is handled with care.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Before our arrival customer should make sure all boxes are closed items are ready to be moved or wrapped. This will save time and ultimately make the job smoother.
