They were slightly late but did call to tell me that they were running late. When they arrived, they didn’t have the proper tools to take my bed apart although I had described the bed as being a large heavy bed with drawers. Most of the time that I walked into a room, one of them was on the phone. The man that I hired to drive the truck had to take over and tell them how to do what little they did. I had three women helping to move boxes and smaller items to the area of the truck. These two men acted like the couldn’t see a box sitting in a room that needed to be moved. I paid them for an extra hour because there was still several large items that needed to be loaded and I didn’t want the driver to load by himself. If the Helpers had worked as hard as my women we would have been finished well before the time was up. I would never hire these two men again..
