Jody and his crew sent a pre call check before his arrival. His crew was prompt and on time and were polite and ready to work. We had a two hour window for our small apartment and they worked efficiently the entire time. Very friendly and polite we enjoyed the time they were here. Followed directions well and used the packing supplies provided. I would recommend Jody,Shane and Shorty. We were very fortunate to have them. I however had plenty of miscommunication and scheduling conflicts with hireahelper and will not be using them or recommending them for future moves
