What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Each customer will receive a follow-up email and text to confirm your appointment. Also helpful tips on packing and getting prepared for their transition.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our movers will call you when their 15-20 minutes from your location. Once they arrive, our guys will introduce themselves and begin preparations to start the process of your move ( door jamb covering, door covering, floor protection, furniture padded and wrapping, etc.). The customer's time won't begin until they are given an exact time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Consolidation is probably the most effective means by which to save time, in return money. Attempt to put all that you can in boxes, totes, or bags. This will help your movers get you in a faster manner to your new location.
