They did excellent at actually moving when they arrived however they were late for both jobs I booked through them. Even when I had the first appointment of the day they were 1.5 hours late. Otherwise they were great at returning phone calls and informing me of what was going on

The he;pers were excellent at packing, very professional and business like. They were efficient with their time, wrapped all items extremely well and knew what they were doing. Completed the loading in the 2 hours that I thought it would take. The biggest disadvatnage of the process was that they arrived 3 hours later than I requested, three houirs later than the time confirmed by Halkus. I had to call and email several times before the mover called me back and asked to reschedule the time. We initially rescheduled for an hour later, but they did not show up at that assigned time either. I called again and they said they would arrive by 10:30 - which they did. My original scheduled AND CONFIRMED time was for 7am.

We provide training on moving fundamentals (moving things safely and efficiently, ways to manage moving difficult items), as well as how we treat our customers and the importance of taking care of their bodies and health, since this type of labor is strenuous.
